- Account and authentication data (such as UID and login metadata).
- Files (CSVs) and text prompts you upload for analysis.
- Job metadata including selected LLM models, status, timestamps, and output links.
- Operational logs used for security, billing, and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Information
- To facilitate the routing of your uploaded content to third-party model providers.
- To enforce legal terms and prevent system abuse.
- To investigate security incidents or policy violations.
3. LLM Provider Processing & Terms
Your uploaded content is transmitted to third-party providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the Terms of Service and Usage Policies of these third-party providers. We do not control how these providers retain or utilize your data once transmitted.
4. Accuracy of Outputs
Output generated by Large Language Models (LLMs) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. EnsembleCoding provides these outputs "AS IS" and makes no guarantees regarding the factual correctness or suitability of the results for any specific purpose. You are responsible for the independent verification of all AI-generated content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnsembleCoding and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of data, unauthorized access to data, or any reliance placed on AI-generated outputs.
6. Prohibited and Illegal Use
You may not use EnsembleCoding for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose. We reserve the right to block access and preserve relevant information to comply with legal obligations or protect platform integrity.
7. Data Retention
We retain your uploaded files and job metadata only as long as necessary to provide the service. However, system logs and backup data may be retained for auditing and enforcement purposes for a commercially reasonable period.
8. Security
While we implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, no internet-based service is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your uploaded content.
9. Your Declarations & Warranties
- You own all rights to the uploaded content or have obtained all necessary legal permissions to process it via third-party LLMs.
- The content contains no "Sensitive Data" (e.g., PII, PHI, or classified information) that cannot be legally uploaded to cloud-based AI models.
- Your use of the data complies with all applicable privacy, research, and data protection laws.
10. Changes
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
